Once the hotel/condotel is operational, unit owners can start getting dividends provided that:
▬ They have paid the required full downpayment for the hotel/condotel project
▬ They are buyers of good standing : meaning that the buyer is religiously paying his/her monthly amortization even the hotel is not yet operational
