▬ They have paid the required full downpayment for the hotel/condotel project
▬ They are buyers of good standing : meaning that the buyer is religiously paying his/her monthly amortization even the hotel is not yet operational
(Postdated Checks [PDC’s] are required to start being entitled to dividends)
